New national ‘Campaign for Pubs’ launches under chairmanship of York licensee
York licensee Paul Crossman chairs new national Campaign for Pubs
“The Campaign for Pubs has been established by prominent licensees, pub campaigners, small brewers and pub lovers including academics, musicians and actors. Its aim is to push for a better, freer and fairer, more sustainable pub sector.”
A York publican will lead the national campaign to save pubs threatened by coronavirus by calling for urgent national action to save pubs facing huge losses due to the coronavirus crisis.
Paul Crossman said I'm very pleased to be part of this new effort towards a fairer pub sector with, Greg Mulholland and the strong group of campaigners that they have amassed behind this very necessary project. In deed our very own Mark Newcombe, SWM Pub Protection Officer, has been invited to join the Campaign committee.
