We re-opened on July 4th, but there are some new guidelines in place as required by the Government under the Covid19 re-opening advisory. We know this is not ideal, but we will be subject council and police spot checks. Please help us to stay open by complying with the government guidelines. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU BOOK A TABLE IN ADVANCE due to limited availability with social distancing measures in place. To prevent disappointment the following will apply. • CUSTOMERS MUST BOOK IN ADVANCE FOR DINING • ADVISABLE TO BOOK TABLE IN ADVANCE FOR DRINKS • CUSTOMERS MUST BE SEATED, NO STANDING IN GROUPS, NO STANDING AT THE BARS. (Indoor gatherings should only be occurring in groups of up to 2 households including support bubbles, while outdoor gatherings should only be occurring in groups of up to 2 households or support bubbles, or a group of at most 6 people from any number of households).

CAMRA accredited for serving consistently well-kept real ales. The pub has been sympathetically and well refurbished. There are five real ales and a Oakham cider. Their two guest lines offer ever changing beers from local & national breweries. They also offer over 20 gins and in access of 20 whiskies. This free of tie friendly pub is popular with diners, families and local drinkers alike. The front bar has authentic beams, a real fire and flagged floors, opening out into a large conservatory and well-tended beer garden and patio area, both with seating areas. Parking can sometimes be difficult, but there is easy access from Denham Station (650m) via a footpath.
