Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic this pub is currently offering additional services:

We will be reopening our doors this Saturday the 4th of July "A little different to the norm " We ask all of you to read the new RULE changes and restrect them at all times! "We have the right to reserve entry for any reason at anytime" anybody found to be not adhering to the rules will be asked to leave. (To advise CCTV in operation recorded 24hrs a day) *Anyone believed to be intoxicated will be refused entry. * You do NOT need to book a table in advance, but recommended and welcomed if you want to plan your day ahead. Phone 01753 655709 * On arrival you will be greeted, names/email addresses will be taken for covid tracing in place for 21 days, you will then be shown to a table (NO MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE FROM 2 HOUSEHOLDS per table(inside) as per goverment guidlines )...You CANNOT move tables/chairs. *Inside drinkers are NOT permitted to stand to drink you must have a seat. There is NO standing or Service at the bar, its table service ONLY at this point. *Outside drinkers can stand whilst social distancing, please do not gather round other tables, to cause distress or upset to others. * Tables/seating have been arranged to accommodate indiviual or multi persons whilst being able to sit with other couples/friends etc...Please advise Gate greeter of your requirements and we will endevor to try and make this possible at the time of allocation. *Social distancing is now at 1+ it is important that you stick to the distancing to protect yourselfs and our staff where possible, Please familirize yourself and follow the one way/in and out notices. *Toilets: ONE in ONE out policy...Toilets will be monitored and cleaned frequently, please help us by cleaning up after yourself there are bins to put paper towels/ and other items that you need to dispose of, do not leave on serfices/floors. *Tables will be santized after every visit as per usual. *Sanitizer is readily available Please us it. *Outside seating with the weather a little unpredicable at present we have some covered areas and heaters, the pergoda seating area will have waterproof/windproof curtains fitted (JULY 13th) as this is the nearest date the manufacter could make them for. *Childrens play area is currently NOT available, as per goverment measures, if bringing children to the pub, please make sure they are seated at all times, they cannot currently run around whilst social distancing is in place. *We are accepting CASH...DEBIT CARD (minimum £10 spend) as we cant charge on personal credit cards only commercial we will NOT be accepting credit as this time! To advise we only have one terminal chip and pin machine in place, to get you all served quicker with limited staff if you have cash please kindly use it, it also can help keep costs down to a minimum. WE WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO THANK OUR CUSTOMERS/FRIENDS THAT HAVE HELPED OUT THROUGH HARD TIMES, THE MESSAGES AND OFFER OF SUPPORT HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! PLEASE NOTE: the pub is closed on Monday until the the 8th of April. A small, cosy, & friendly pub which has been refurbished & revitalised by the new tenants. There is a large covered patio garden to the front of the pub. Live music events are held regularly, phone the pub for details.
