Under new management. A traditional two-bar pub half a mile south of the village. Apart from Greene King IPA there are two Greene King guests. The wood panelled lounge features leather sofas and log fires in winter. The larger public bar has wooden flooring, a TV and traditional pub games including bar billiards. Outside is a large, fenced beer garden with a petanque pitch and childrens play area.
