Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic this pub is currently offering additional services:
I’m sure you’ve all heard the good news by now but in case you haven’t we are extremely happy to announce that as a result of the government’s lockdown easing measures, from Saturday 4th of July we will FINALLY be able to open our doors again! Welcome to the new normal. It’s hard to believe it’s been more than 3 months since we were last able to open our doors. We will be open as usual over the weekend. 11am-11pm Saturday 4th and 12pm-10:30pm Sunday 5th with food served 12pm-3:30pm on both days. We’ll also be doing a opening weekend BBQ on Sunday from 4pm-8pm. We will not be taking bookings over this weekend. We realise this is not ideal for many of our customers but as our internal seating capacity is now very limited a first come first served approach seems like the only fair option. We will not be limiting customers time at tables and there is no drink limit. We honestly can’t see how either approach would be enforceable for a business our size. We’ve been working VERY hard over the last two weeks to get ourselves Covid-safe and while we want things to feel as close to normal as possible there will, of course, have to to be changes. Most noticeable will be the one way system throughout the pub, toilets and canopy area. The route is clearly marked and should be easy for customers navigate. Other changes include Hand sanitizer, which will be available throughout the building and socially distanced queuing. We know it’s a pain, but it’s nothing you haven’t dealt with if you’ve been to a supermarket in the last 3 months. We know it’s not what you’re used to but it’s as close to the good old days as we could get. We hope you agree and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back. See you Saturday!more information...
